He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred, Sr. Wittenauer and Jean Bowers Wittenauer; and his daughter Bonnie Wittenauer. He is survived by: his children, Robert Melczak, Dr. Venus Wittenauer, Dr. Valerie Rockenberger, Teresa Gillard, Lisa Manes, Terry Seltzer, Tammy Simonds and Pam Melczak; and his sisters, Donna and Patricia. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
