It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kenneth Leroy Ginn of East End, Ohio, who passed away on July 24, 2022, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Edison Ginn and Margaret Ginn; and his brother Bruce. He is survived by: his siblings, Mike Ginn, Janet Delany and Donna Charles. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, and friends.
