He is survived by: his wife Carla Mendenhall; his children, Chad Oman (Nichole) of Toledo and Jan Andrews (Tim) of Lima; and his brother Joseph E. Oman, Jr. of Marion. He is also survived by six grandchildren, four great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
