He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, George Southward and Ruthella Southward (Horner); his wife Jean Elaine Hines; his children, Nancy Matson (Thomas) of Dola, OH and Mark Southward (Vicki) of Dunkirk, OH; his siblings, Donny Southward (Bev) of Forest, OH and Elinor Hites of Upper Sandusky, OH; his grandchildren, Brian Matson (Jackie) of Bluffton, OH, Justin Matson (Jennifer) of Convoy, OH, Amanda Morrison (Joe) of Dola, OH and Blake Southward (Melissa) of Frederick, MD.; his great grandchildren, Logan, Zoey, Ryker, Ellery, Adalyn, Elliott, Samuel and Evelyn; and his son Michael Southward.
