She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Harris (Cobb) and Mary Ann Barnes Harris (Red); her husband Joseph Symons; and her siblings, Florence Warrender, Lorraine Scaramozzino, Mary Lou Byrnes, Sandy Madachick and George Harris (Pat).
She is survived by: her children, Tom Symons (Mary Jo) of Bolivar, Deb Jewell (Carl) of Bolivar and Dirk Symons (Kathy) of Dover; her grandchildren, Michele Atkinson (Perry), Kristi Kates (Brian), Julie Mathias (Brad Kerekes), Dirk Symons (Tracey), Sara Carter (Scott), Brandon Symons (Stacey Quillin), Jeff Aul (Nicole), Ben Jewell (Colleen) and Travis Fishley (Kasey); and her siblings-in-law, Marge Roy, Shirley Harris and Charles Warrender. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family requests contributions be made in Winnie's memory to the Community Hospice House, 716 Commercial Ave., SW, New Philadelphia, OH 44663.
