He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward A. Barthelmeh and Katharine E. Huprich Barthelmeh. He is survived by: his wife Kimberly K. Locker Barthelmeh; his daughters, Audra of Dover and Melissa "Missy" Barthelmeh of Dover; and his sisters, Susan Barthelmeh and Cindy Harmon (Tom). He is also survived by his nieces and nephews; and his cat.
