He was predeceased by: his brother Michael Swihart. He is survived by: his parents, William D. Swihart of Dover and Nancy Rufener (Bahler) of Uhrichsville; his sons, Justin Swihart (Cassie) of New Philadelphia and Jory Swihart (Emily) of Dover; his grandsons, Brodie, Kellen and Jack; his brothers, Douglas Swihart (Lori) of Dover, Matthew Swihart (Jen) of Medina, Edward Swihart of Dover and Bradley Rufener (Coreena) of Sugarcreek; his partner's daughter Erica Rozek; and also, Noah and Rylee.
