He is survived by: his sons, Shawn Murphy (Loretta) of Fresno, Ohio and Shannon Murphy of Fresno, Ohio; and his stepdaughter Barb Simek (Brian) of Ashtabula, Ohio. He is also survived by four grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
