She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Lorenz and Gertrude Lorenz (Beitzel); her former husband William Kugler (Bill); her husband Jim Allison; and her siblings, Bernard, Jim Lorenz, Marian Lorenz and Doris Hanson.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Elliott Kugler (Donica), Hanna Callaway (Gabe), Rachael and Evan (Kaisha); and her stepchildren, Cindi Uebel (Pedro West) of New Philadelphia, Greg Allison (Becky) of New Philadelphia and Jeff Allison (Candy) of Millersburg. She is also survived by 13 step grandchildren.
