She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Butcher and Mary Butcher (Glosser); her husband Edwin Meanor; and her siblings, Sonny Butcher and Sherma Gillenwater.
She is survived by: her children, Jessica Knight (Mike), Jodi Starcher (Rick), James Chrisley (Jennie) and Cheryl Parson; her brother Randy Butcher; and her stepmother Alice Butcher. She is also survived by fifteen grandchildren and fifteen great-grandchildren.
