She was predeceased by: her parents, Weir Mulligan and Anna Frazier Mulligan; and her siblings, Robert Delanuey and Audrey Mulligan. She is survived by: her husband Steven Slater; her children, Josh Meade of New Philadelphia, Ashley Meade (Justin Studer) of Uhrichsville and Brittany Meade of New Philadelphia; her siblings, Thelma Lasko (Greg) of Massillon and William Mulligan (Kathy) of Uhrichsville; and her grandchildren, Atticus, Brycen, Kenadie, Brena and Mila.
