It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Doris Smearman of Dover, Ohio, who passed away on January 3, 2022, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Ross and Leatha Ross (Carpenter); her husband Floyd Smearman; and her siblings, Harold, Earl, Dale Ross and Arlene Stoops.
She is survived by: her stepchildren, Linda Johnson, Carol Howell and Floyd Smearman; and her sisters, Virginia Vasbinder of Dover, Leatha Howell of Brewster and Deloris Borter of Sugarcreek.
The family is asking those who plan on attending to please wear a mask.
