He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Leland and Donna Jean McDonald Sayre, Sr.; his son Randy L. Sayre; and his brother Joseph O'Neal Sayre. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Lynn McCoy Sayre; his sons, Michael A. Sayre (Melinda) of Caldwell and William O. Sayre (Kathy) of Zanesville; his stepchildren, Thomas D. Caldwell of Marietta, Daniel H. Caldwell (Tara) of Marietta and Keri L. Ainsworth (David) of Bel Air, Maryland; and his siblings, Robert L. "Skeet" Sayre, Jr. (Carolyn) of Caldwell, Steven C. Sayre of Caldwell, James R. Sayre (Nancy) of Caldwell, Carla J. Clinger (Kenny) of Caldwell, Catherine J. Bond (Tim) of Caldwell and Donna E. Keith (Jeff) of Cumberland. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
