He was predeceased by: his parent Shelby Stack; his wife Pearl Jean Stack; his siblings, Ellen May Stack, Bertha Lucille Stack, Gary Lee Stack, Shelby Kendal Stack and Dennis Earl Stack; and his significant other Delores Lambert.
He is survived by: his parent Elizabeth Stack; and his siblings, Sandra Hesson of North Carolina and Kenneth E. Stack (Sandra) of Macksburg. He is also survived by his niece and caregiver, Stephanie L. Stack of Dexter City; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
