He was predeceased by: his father Donald M. Eberly; his wife Kay E. Green; and his siblings, Ronald, Raymond, Duane, Jerry Eberly, Rose and Charlene.
He is survived by: his children, Matthew Morse (Heather), Wendy Panico (Ken) and Jason Eberly (Michelle); his brothers, James R. Eberly (Mary Ann) and Robert Eberly (Edith); and his grandchildren, Kane, Ryleigh, Gracie and Hunter.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions be made to Calvary Baptist Temple, 413 Main St., Delta, Ohio 43515 in his memory.
