She is survived by: her husband Bill; her children, Melissa Hoffman (David) of Lewis Center and Christopher Rudy (Lindsay) of Columbus; her granddaughters, Andrea and Alyson Hoffman of Lewis Center; and her sister-in-law Patricia Coutellier (Chuck) of Hilliard.
