She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Earl Lewis and Haskel Louise Bice (Webb); her husband Lawrence Eugene Dotson; her daughter Tammy Louise Buhrts; her granddaughter Veronica (Ezra); her stepfather Harry O. Bice; her brother Walter Keith Lewis; and her nephew David Lee Entler.

She is survived by: her children, Theresa Raymundo (Juan) of Delaware and Tracy Dotson (Flor) of Delaware; and her sisters-in-law, Cathie Lewis and Connie Entler. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
