With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Rilo Matthew Steel of Defiance, Ohio, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 25, 2024. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

In the vast expanse of eternity, Rilo shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Rilo farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.

He is survived by: his parents, Joey Schramm and Lorice Steel; and his sister Wren Schramm. He is also survived by grandparents and great-grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, and very close friends.
