She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Contrez and Christine Contrez (Ortiz); and her brothers, George and Albino Martinez. She is survived by: her husband Juan "Alex" Perez; her children, Patricia Perez (Levi), Alex Perez (Kaylee), Mamie Perez (Sean), Teresa Perez (Anthony), Ruben Perez (Sara) and Juan Perez (Elizabeth); and her brother Mauel Martinez. She is also survived by 20 grandchildren, one great-grandchild.
