It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Michael Joseph Chadwick of Defiance, Ohio, born in Toledo, Ohio, who passed away on May 1, 2023, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Otting and Joan Otting (Orth). He is survived by: his wife Marsha Ann Augsburger of Lima; and his brothers, Lee Perry (Mary Pat) and James Otting (Monica). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions can be made to the Arthritis Foundation or Prophecy Watchers.
