Merl E. Hahn Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Merl E. Hahn of Defiance, Ohio, who passed away on December 23, 2023 at the age of 98. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Hahn and Iva Hahn (Eitniear); his wife Rose Lang-Roehrig; his sons, Bruce E. Hahn and Gregory Hahn Sr.; and his siblings, Robert, Harry, Don, Rolland Hahn, Edith Steffel, Margaret Morris, Norma Jones and Katie Schindler.
He is survived by: his daughter Roseann Varner of Defiance, OH; his grandchildren, Greg Jr., Matt, Jon, Jordan, Megan Hahn, Amy Elston, Julie Chapman, Trisha Casillas and Abbey Colley; and his daughters-in-law, Lisa Hahn and Cheryl Hahn-Wischmeyer. He is also survived by many great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
