He was predeceased by: his parents, John Hardy and Joey Hardy (Busch); his former wife Edith Brem; and his brother Garwood Hardy. He is survived by: his wife Janet Hardy of Defiance; his children, Allen Hardy of Defiance, Diane Davenport (Bruce) of Defiance, Kay Eaton (Tim) of Minot, ND, Chris Kissner (Steve) of New Bavaria, OH and Russ Hardy (Kelly) of Pierceton, IN.; and his siblings, Carlton Hardy (Evelyn) of Bryan, OH, Myra Crawford of Lynchburg, VA and John Hardy (Nancy) of Oracle, AZ.. He is also survived by 26 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren.
