He was predeceased by: his mother Deborah Thompson (Hively); and his stepfather Shawn Thompson. He is survived by: his father Michael Wagner (Brenda) of Oak Harbor, OH; his wife Amanda Wagner of Defiance; his children, Lillian Wagner (Jaden Brubaker) of Napoleon and Elliott Wagner of Wauseon; and his stepdaughter Mattea Puente (Devin McKelvey) of Warren, MI. He is also survived by many other extended family members and friends.
