It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gino Santino Silvestri of Defiance, Ohio, born in Brewster, Ohio, who passed away on May 8, 2024, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Dominico Silvestri and Lina Silvestri (Leonetti); his siblings, Angelina Davis (Rich) and Orlando Silvestri; his brothers-in-law, Raymond and Larry Remenaric; and his great grandchild Haden Bevard.
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Karrah Rath (Jacob Stork), Nicholas Rath, Lindsey Bevard (Byron), Joshua Thourot, Kathryn Thourot, Alli Frank and Alec Frank (Connor); his great grandchildren, Eloise, Lola, Scarlett, Joshua, Jadelyn, Quinn, Rylee and Jayce; his brother Dante Silvestri (Tina); his sisters-in-law, Barbara Silvestri of Navarre and Nancy Brown (Rick) of Navarre; and his nephew Richard Davis. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family request memorials to be made to CHP Defiance Hospice or the St. Mary's Catholic Church food pantry.
