She was predeceased by: her parents, William Leonard and Janice Leonard (Mohler); her grandson Cadyn Salay; and her daughter-in-law Ellyn Shirk. She is survived by: her husband Richard Shirk of Defiance; her children, Michael Shirk of Defiance, Laurie Elford (Bryan) of Defiance and Andrew Shirk of Defiance; her grandchildren, Taylor Estrada-Guerrera (Giovany), Peyton Shirk, Alyssa Mosier, Ashtyn, Tristan Aden (Morgan), Damian, Darian, Braylan, Brysan Elford and Trinity Shirk; her great grandchildren, Emma, Rosalie Aden, Oliver, Olivia Estrada-Guerra and Brayden Call; and her siblings, Steve Leonard (Brenda), Jeff Leonard (Jane), Bev Long (Paul), Chris Behnfeldt (Todd), Sandi Morris (James) and Sandra McKeen (Larry).
Memorials are suggested to Ft. Defiance Humane Society, St. Jude Children's Hospital, or to a charity of the donor's choice.
