It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Coralie Pate of Defiance, Ohio, born in Fort Wayne, Indiana, who passed away on March 23, 2024, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Doyle Cromwell and Dorothy Odom (Paschal); her daughter Shelly Taylor; and her siblings, Donald "Duckie" Highwarden, Ethelyn Taylor and Tonya Odom.
She is survived by: her husband Edward Pate; her children, Dana Rowe of Paulding, OH, Teresa West of Paulding, OH, Pamela Vilaboy (Alfredo) of Miami, FL and Cindy Sue Walker (Charlie W., Sr.) of Atlanta, GA; her stepchildren, Cheyanna Allen (Mike), Mark Pate and Bronson Pate; and her brother Cean Odom of Fort Wayne, IN. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.
