She was predeceased by: her parents, Phillip Spangler and Rose Spangler (Carroll); her husband Wilbur H. Vogel; her daughter Ann Vogel Stone; her siblings, Madonna Gilgenbach, Walt and John Spangler; and her nephew Fred Gilgenbach.
She is survived by: her children, Robert Vogel (Phyllis) of Winfield, WV, Rose Pessefall (Marc) of Defiance, David Vogel (Teena) of Virginia Beach, VA, John Vogel (Ellen) of Ayersville and Diane Bauer (Phil) of Conway, SC.. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren, and 9 great-great grandchildren.
Memorials are suggested to St. Mary Catholic Church, or CHP Defiance Area Hospice.
