She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Ciarlo and Betty Ciarlo; and her husband Joseph Kelly. She is survived by: her children, JoAnna Goldschmidt (Steve), Tosha Smith (Randy), Shanna and Patrick Kelly (Erin); and her siblings, Peggy Goins (Jim), Joey Ciarlo (Doris) and Trudy Leis (Paul). She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Newcomer Funeral Home (4104 Needmore Rd, Dayton, OH 45424). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, March 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, March 4th 2025 at the Willow View Cemetery (2500 Neff Rd, Dayton, OH 45414).
