She was predeceased by: her parents, Edison Applegate and Mary Margaret Applegate; her brothers, Eddie Applegate (Rose), Richard Applegate, Ronald Applegate (Brenda) and Daniel "Danny" Applegate; and her niece Rhonda Graley.
She is survived by: her children, Anthony Stephens (Jennifer), Angela Applegate and Amber Coffey; her grandchildren, Tracy, Jordan, Ashley, Destiny, Jalen (Daisha) and Brianna; her great grandchild Alana; and her nieces and nephews, Eddie, Teresa, Ronnie, Kevin, Michelle, James, Christopher and James "Jamie". She is also survived by several great nieces and nephews; a host of nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Faith Deliverance Church of God in Christ (450 Turner Rd, Dayton, OH 45415). A funeral service will be held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
