She was predeceased by: her parents, Harvey Staggs and Esther Staggs (Jones); her daughter Lisa Brazzell; and her siblings, John Staggs and Brenda Brock.
She is survived by: her husband Bob Blubaugh; her sons, Herb, Harvey and James Asbury; and her siblings, Nadra Sanders, Bob and Steve Staggs. She is also survived by many grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
