He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl O. Hauenstien and Wilma Hauenstien (Edie); and his siblings, Harold Hauenstein and Lavonne Speicher. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth "Liz" Hauenstein (Muncy); his children, Carol of Dalton, Scott (Linda) of Dalton and Robin Hauenstein of Dalton; his grandchildren, Sarah and Curtis Hauenstein; and his sister Fae Gerber (Harley). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, other family and friends.
