It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Arthur E. Neuenschwander of Dalton, Ohio, who passed away on October 13, 2020, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Menno J. Neuenschwander and Elda Neuenschwander (Steiner); his siblings, Elaine Geiser and John Neuenschwander; and his father-in-law Robert Wengerd.
He is survived by: his wife Deborah (Wengerd); his children, Jennifer Phillips (Jeremy) and Jamie Neuenschwander (Melena); his grandchildren, Isaac, Allison Neuenschwander, Grace, Jake and Lillian Phillips; his siblings, Beulah Geiser (Carl), Wayne Neuenschwander, Dean Neuenschwander (Linda), Sherm Neuenschwander (Connie), Curt Neuenschwander (Carol), Mim O'Dell (Perry) and Jan Amstutz (Steve); his sister-in-law Dee Neuenschwander; and his mother-in-law Edna Wengerd.
