He was predeceased by: his father Perle Allen; his wife Lila Jean Allen (Miller); his brother Carl Allen; and his grandsons, Danny Allen and Ricky Dennis.
He is survived by: his children, Cynthia Dennis (Tom), Karla Hollingshead (Jerry), Bobbi Allen, Gary Allen (Debbie), Steven Allen (Polly) and Rex Allen (Karen); his caregiver Allen Shadd Dennis; and his grandson Quentin Webb. He is also survived by his 22 grandchildren, and many many great and great-great grandchildren.
