He was predeceased by: his parents, Lyle and Corabelle; his son Daniel Lee Savage, Jr.; his grandchildren, Keisha and Austin Kinney; and his siblings, Joanne Thompson, Linda Green, Lana Head, Rolland Savage and David Savage, Sr..
He is survived by: his wife Rose Marie; his children, Bobbie Treadway (Keith), Melissa Savage and Billy Savage (Delta); his granddaughter Rebecca Penn; his siblings, Debbie Miller (Ron), Cora Wheeler (James), Tammy Lyons, Terry Savage (Christie Hampton), John Savage and Richie Savage (Cathy Baker); his grandchildren, Dalton Kinney (Jenna), Paisley Treadway, Kaitlyn Penn and Makenzie Jones; his great grandchild J. J. Penn; and his son Little Richie Savage.
