He was predeceased by: his father Wells Owen; his siblings, Nancy Brenly, Dennis and Bob Patterson; and his brother-in-law Bill Goerz.
He is survived by: his siblings, Wanda Goerz of Coshocton, Kathy Ward (Rex) of Millersburg and Benny Patterson (Louise) of Clark; and his brother-in-law Jerry Brenly of Baltic. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces, & nephews.
