He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Richard, Antonette Perkio and James V. Mooney. He is survived by: his parents, Thomas A. Perkio and Rochelle Mooney; his sisters, Maria Perkio and Morgan Perkio (Kyle Kocjancic); his nephew Mason Perkio; his grandmother Ruth Mooney; his aunts and uncles, Michelle Dalrymple (Greg), James Mooney (Christine), Greg Mooney, Karen Wheeler (Mark) and Steve Perkio; and his pet Brownie. He is also survived by great aunts and great uncles and numerous cousins.
