With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Norman L. Toncre of Conneaut, Ohio, born in Painesville, Ohio, who passed away on March 28, 2022 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Toncre and Gladys Toncre (Brainard); his daughter Janice Barrett; his brother Wayne Toncre; and his sister-in-law Carole Jarvi.
He is survived by: his wife Constance "Connie" Toncre (Jarvi); his daughter Judy Toncre of Conneaut; his grandchildren, Sara Barrett, Jordan and Joel Barrett; his sister-in-law Barbara Henry; and his niece LeeAnn Gunderson.
