He was predeceased by: his parents, Ladimir and Mary Kubichek, Sr.; his spouse MaryJo McCauley; his son Doug; and his sister Emily Sedmak (Louie).
He is survived by: his daughter Julie Byers (Eric); his siblings, Rev. Kenneth Kubichek (Jean) and Marge Kubichek; and his daughter-in-law Julie Edwards (Heath). He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
