She was predeceased by: her parents, William Norton and Evelyn Norton (Schumacher); her husband Richard; and her grandson Ryan Powell. She is survived by: her children, Jodi Waters (Mike) of Jefferson, Shari Powell (Kevin) of Conneaut, Richard "Rick" Speer, Jr. of Conneaut and Mark Speer of Conneaut; her grandchildren, Joshua Speer (Erica), Dustin Speer, Cody Speer, Amanda Speer, Tyler Schaefer (Megan), Caitlyn Schaefer, Zachary Waters (Melody) and Mitchell Waters; and her siblings, Diana Anderson (Charles) of Ashtabula and William "Bill" Norton (Joanie) of Conneaut. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
