He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Bernan and Grace Byerly Bailey; and his siblings, Libby Sink and Robert Bailey. He is survived by: his wife Sherry Bailey; his children, Joe Bailey III (Erin), Lara Pritchett, George Harmon (Tahsha) and Marla Best (Eric); his brother Bill Bailey (Janie); his former wife Mira Allen (Jerry); his pet Shadow; and his friend Joe. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 26th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM at the Tidd Family Funeral Home (5265 Norwich St, Hilliard, OH 43026). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, November 26th 2024 at 6:30 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Joe's memory may be made to Willow Brook Christian Home, 55 Lazelle Road, Columbus, Ohio, 43235.
