He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Weaver and Florence Weaver (Jamison); his siblings, Ron Weaver and Brenda Long; and his nephews, Greg Weaver and Gary Weaver.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon Weaver (Sherer); his children, Rusty Weaver (Mandi), Donny Miner, Todd Miner and Dustan Briley (Jeff); and his grandchildren, Dominique Crowder, Jordan Weaver, Justan Weaver, Sinuwa Weaver, Braeden Weaver, Ricky Miner, Carrie Miner, Megan Miner, Rileigh Miner, Ryan Briley, Emily Briley and Morgan Briley. He is also survived by great-grandchildren, and two (2) great-great-grandchildren.
