He was predeceased by: his wife Margaret (Bartz); his siblings, Francis Burkholder (Evan), Dorothy Eversole (Willard), Mary Jo Basinger and Patricia Roberts (Carroll); and his granddaughter Ann Ohler.
He is survived by: his children, Deb Crews (Vern), Diana Hershey (Joe), Dennie Hitchcock (Judi) and Darrel Hitchcock (Lexi); his grandchildren, Dawn Davis (Jeff), Leslie Aubry (Matt), Taylor Hitchcock (Jenn) and Jessica Hitchcock; his great grandchildren, Faye Davis, June Davis, Benjamin Aubry, Jackson Aubry, Saydi Hitchcock and Kevin; and his brothers, Tom Hitchcock (Nancy) and Wayne Caton (Cheryl).
