She was predeceased by: her parents, Benjamin Utrup and Cecilia Utrup (Grone); and her siblings, Ralph, Eugene and Juletta Recker (Ervin).

She is survived by: her spouse Gareld L. VanTilbrough; her children, Kevin VanTilbrough of Columbus Grove and Karen German (Mike) of Dublin; her grandchildren, Casey, Corey and Lisa; and her sister Mary Ann Lisk (Fred).

The family requests any memorial donations be made to the Alzheimer's Association in Eileen's memory.
