He was predeceased by: his parents, Buster Colley and Beaureda Colley Sr. (Williams); and his brother Buster Colley, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Linda Colley (McGee-Shellaberger) of Columbus Grove; his children, Jerry P. and Donna S. Fay (Tony J.) of West Chester; his grandchildren, Gabe Colley, Peyton Fay and Tanner Fay; his siblings, Geneva Rousculp (Barton) of Lima and Menifee Colley of McGuffey; and his sisters-in-law, Sheila Colley of Lima and Benita "June" Colley.
