He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Dugger and Genevieve Dugger (Fields); his wife Linda Adkins; and his brother Joseph Dugger. He is survived by: his daughters, Tamela Ramirez (Rene) and Lisa Jefferson (Tierre Dansby); his sister Carolyn Mikesell; his grandchildren, Andrea Main (Jason), Andrew Ramirez, Kylie Schlegel (Kirkland), Kelsie Horstman (Brent), Demetrius Brown (Lindsey), Camryn DalPolo (Nathan), Makaela Vouis (Joey), Ashtyn Jefferson and Jordan Dilworth; and his brother-in-law Gary Adkins.
The family requests any memorial donations be made to the CG Bulldogs Athletic fund.
