He is survived by: his wife Ellen Hill; his children, John E. Hill Jr. (Lisa), Linda Donelon (Doug) and Miranda Bucknavich (Bob); his grandchildren, Amanda, Michael, Shayne, Joseph and Daniel; and his siblings, Paul and Gladys. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
