He is survived by: his wife Frances (Penny); his children, Mike Milbrandt (Audra) of Tampa, FL, John Milbrandt of Tampa, FL, Nancy Whitaker (Gene) of Indianapolis, IN and Connie Milbrandt of Hot Springs, AK; his sister Josephine Grospitch (Jim) of Avon Lake, OH; and his sister-in-law Pat Milbrandt.
