He was predeceased by: his son Martin Miller. He is survived by: his wife Lisa Miller; his son Matthew Miller; his stepchildren, Sara Lovitt and Jesse Willis; and his siblings, Dale Miller (Marilyn), Yvonne Miller and Vickie Clifford (Edward). He is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to SPCA, 11900 Conrey Road Cincinnati, OH 45249.
