He is survived by: his parents, Kerry Kerkhoff and Jenifer Kerkhoff; his sibling Kelsey Heller; his grandparents, Ralph, Rae Kerkhoff and Shirley Jordan; and his aunts and uncles, Kelly Kerkhoff (Michele), Kim Carey (Mike), Julie Jordan and Bryan Jordan (Ami). He is also survived by many loving family members and friends.
