She was predeceased by: her brother Clifford "Duff" Tester Jr. (Joanne Tester). She is survived by: her parents, Clifford Tester and Dorcas Tester (Steen); her spouse Melvin J. Miller; her children, Julie A. and Chris J.; and her brother Ronald. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Holy Trinity Church.
